Favorite Homemade Protein Shake list em out....

As the title says.....

I'll list mine first.

3-cups spinach
2-heeping tablespoons of all natural peanut butter
1- banana
2-cups of ice
1-cup of skim milk(or whatever you like)
1-scoop of protein power of your choice

This shake tastes amazing and makes about 2 glasses. Great for having one in the morning and saving the other for lunch or after a workout.
 
1 scoop of whey
2 table spoons of golden organic flax seed powder
2 table spoons peanut butter
Water
4 strawberries
10 blueberries
2 scoops of fage Greek yogurt
Oatmeal

2 scoops protein
1 tblspoon all natural peanut butter
2/3 cup carb countdown chocolate milk
1/3 cup oats
1 banana
4-5 ice cubes
 
peanut butter bomb with almonds!

1 scoop chocolate/vanilla whey
2 tablespoon peanutbutter
1 banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10-14 ground almonds
 
3/4 Cup of Raw Oats
1 Banana or 1 Cup of Nature's Three Berries
2 Cups of Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein

Blend and drink...good stuff.
