favorite form of cardio

thought i would get different ideas for cardio....

right now i really enjoy running with my dog porter. he is the best!

That sounds wonderful Ashe. I enjoy walking outdoors...but usually have to suffer indoors on the treadmill in front of a friggin tv screen

i'm jealous of u being able to run with your pooch. i got a bull terrier (the spuds dog) thinking i would run with him when he was old enough... turns out his breed is not good for running long distances. they're feet are too small for their weight and they're built to be springey, short distance dogs. plus they get bored too easy... he's a bit high-maintenance much like his owner

i run on the grass next to a bike path 5 days a week... just being in the fresh air keeps me motivated 4 cardio

yeppers! have to agree that sex is THE best form of cardio! unfortunately for me.....no bf, no sex!
