fat puffy feet!!

hey guys,

do u ever experience really bad water bloat in the feet like I do. I took my first shot of sust/decca at 250mg and 200mg on thursday and already can notice serious bloating on the feet and calves!!

IT LOOKS F*****G SICK

I heard this was a common side effect, just did not expect it to be this bad....and the face, im not even gonna go there Ive tried dandelion leef and still no improvement and also drinking 20 cups of water a day which I dont seem to be pissing out.
If I had some lasix I would probally use it at this point

Well bro, the problem is that you respond like I do to test. I bloat big time!! I enjoy it to a point because it assists with strength gains but it also comes with a major price....blood pressure goes through the roof. I will suggest a cheap and easy fix. Lemon Juice.... I add lemon juice to every bottle of water or tea I drink during this time. I drink down about 4-6 liters a day of just water. This doesn't include the other fluids. I add enough to be pleasant but not lemonade. You will find it to work well and even taste better than general tap water. It shouldn't effect your performance any either.

Stay away from salt and drink plenty of H2o, lemon juice works also like said earlier.

would it be ok if I took nolvadex at 20mg a day...and do u think it would hinder gains??

Nolvadex supposedly antagonizes the IGF-1 pathways, which would hinder gains. I can't be sure this is true, as I haven't seen any hardcopy evidence, but to be on the safe side, i'd stick with proviron/arimidex and use nolva only if the side effects become dangerous, or REALLY cosmetically embarrassing (gyno). Puffy feet go away, titties don't
