I SMOKED A CIGARETTE! I feel like such a friggin loser :mad:

nicotine has got to be the most addictive drug in the world
back to the drawing board...
 
one cig wont matter. I use to smoke and I tried to stop, so i had the occasional one then a quit all together.

analyzed diet.... too much fat not enough protein
adding more turkey
replacing mayo with mustard

2 gallons water
1 pint fruit juice
40 grams whey

....replacing white bread with whole wheat

yesterday I ate....

7 krispy kreme donuts :p:p
2 granola bars
6 mozeralla cheese sticks
1 cup pistachios

not gonna get anywhere eating like that
 
not much better today

ate one of those 1000 calorie beef pot pies for breakfast
for lunch I had a sandwich, chips, and a mountain dew
couple of protein shakes and some pistachios throughout the day
pork chop, green beans, scalloped potatoes for dinner

well maybe it's not too bad considering I used to eat like I did yesterday EVERYDAY

....................................need to drink more water

I got this from my piece of shit Tanita body fat scale yesterday afternoon. I've got to remember to do this at the same time of day cuz the readings can vary greatly from morning to night.

I QUIT SMOKING ONCE AGAIN :D
It has now been 4 days without a cigarette.

still lifting 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday
