extreme pain

Not sure which forum to post this in so here goes. Last night I get home from spending a little time with this chick after work, ate some cottage cheese & sugar-free yogurt right b4 bed. Was sleeping like the dead and all of the sudden I wake up screaming, I was actually screaming cause the pain was so bad. I thought someone had stabbed me in my leg at first. I reached down and my right calf was like a ball of steel. Knotted up beyond belief:confused: The pain was excruciating and this lasted about 10 minutes until I was able to force myself to relax my body and it slowly, very slowly subsided. I wake up this morning and I can barely walk on my right leg it hurts so bad. WTF happened and how do I keep it from happening again. I don't think I could take it :( Right now I'm taking clomid, a-dex, PF Post-cycle.
 
I've had that happened to me a few times before where my lowerback and right calf have been affected, I believe its a charlie horse of some sort, other say it is when you wake up in a phase of deep sleep ( I believe REM) before your body has a chance to awaken or respond. Each time its lasted me a minute or so, but it does feel excruciating.
 
yep, happens in my calves usually 2-3 times month...

and sometimes my my hamstring when I'm benching LOL, mid set I'm screaming 'FUCK OMG FUCK FUCK FUCK' but I force myself to finish the set.. hehe..
 
don't worry just keep taking your daily juice, extreme cramps are very normal, and so are the boobs you will probably grow too ;)

LOL. Hell yeah, that happens to me when I bench too, sometimes.
 
Funny, the yogurt contains all three minerals in hefty amounts that I would recomend for this. Potassium, calcium and magnesium.

I take them all daily, doesn't seem to be helping :)
