exactly 3 weeks into tren E and var

the way the acupuncturist described it is that the brain sends a signal to the body to LOCK UP. it doesn't help if you are throwing around heavy weights..

if you can't raise your arms up and down freely then you have a problem.

So the best way to get rid of it is to stop working out? I went from a crazy 6 day a week to a super heavy 4 day a week lifting and it seemed to clear up. I had issues just brushing my teeth. It was crazy.

^^^ well for the pain the acupuncture helped tremendously.. my pain is 90% gone after that treatment.

and then for the tightness he used chiropractic techniques.. not sure what its called but he used a machine to loosen things up, like a drill type device. and obviously he did the cracking neck thing on me. its kinda like getting a pittbull to let go of a bone, gotta get it to release... if you keep doing the wrong thing it will grab the bone even more and its gonna be even harder to let go .. after he did this my arms were free to move up and down... so it helped bigtime

i would avoid squats or anything where you are putting a bar on your back which is pushing your chest forward, kinda like a hunchback.. when i would do squats my problem would get worse the next day.

notice how bodybuilders walk around with their chests out, its not cause they are cocky, its cause they have so much fucking mass that their chests get pushed outward. also he mentioned i need to do a better job breathing which he is correct, i haven't been breathing well when i've been lifting.. just a lot of straining and grunting trying to push heavy weight around.

i would fine a GOOD acupuncturist.. check reviews online.. this dude i'm going to has rave reviews and his office was PACKED solid with clients.. that is a good way to know if they are good or not.

and also he mentioned to stay away from massage therapists (his office does massage too).. massages can cause the problem to get worse. this is a mistake i made as i got 2 massages last week and i felt worse after. a lot of these mssage therapists don't know what the heck they are doing

That is GREAT to know cause I was thinking of a message this week. I am in upstate ny and don't think there are any acupuncture around here. I am from ca and miss everything. Things I am used to are not here.

Steve is in beast mode!! Awesome work Steve. You will be back killing all body parts before you know it!!

Looking awesome Steve! What kind of pain were you having? Neck?

my entire upper body locked up.

i looked like a hunchback... if you see the pics my traps are bulging like crazy, i am not even really flexing in those pics, they are like that 24/7... gotta get them to let go. see my post on the last page on what the acupuncturist described to me.. its a mechanical problem. too much mass too fast is not a good thing. could i take some drugs to temporarily fix the problem? yes, but i would be causing long term damage. that i am not gonna do. i can start trashing my body when i am in my 50's and not worry about my long term health.. but not in my early 30's. I don't want to be starring in the next Humpback of Notre Dame movie at 40
