exactly 3 weeks into tren E and var

The way tren impacts nutrient partitioning and glycogen storage most of that weight is simply due to a much higher glycogen uptake in your muscle tissue... which will put weight on you, make your muscle bellies look and feel thicker and fuller. Obviously there will be some legit muscle growth in there as well, just pointing out that most of that weight gain is muscle glycogen (which isn't perminant but it will create a more anabolic environment that will speed up real growth and give you better gym performance to stimulate further growth).

Sounds like a very potent stack though for putting on quality size without fat/water gain.

^^^ don't disagree with this at all. however keep in mind i've run tren before twice and did not have this kind of explosion.. my prior tren runs I only gained a net of a couple pounds (i have a tren log up somewhere on here you can check out), but i looked way better in the mirror both times. this time around I am blowing up like crazy. 13 net pounds and blowing through strength and weight barriers. something more is going on here, perhaps my body was ready to take things to another level this time around.. or perhaps the supplement stack I am using is aiding me ? and also keep in mind it was only 3 weeks in with E, not ace. something more is going on here with my body, can't figure out what it is though.

example is i had a guy spot me last week at 330, i told him i thought i would be able to get maybe 1 or 2 and warned him to let me struggle and don't take the weight away. i ended up drilling 4 reps with ease. and consider my prior max was 330 for 1 rep.. those kinds of strength gains are pretty remarkable. i wonder if its the combo of tren + var at work here.

another thing i don't understand either is that when i ran tren prior my appetite was shot to hell.. this time my appetite is through the roof. that right there could explain the difference.. its almost like i am running a deca/dbol cycle and not tren/var.

^^^ considering the glycogen storage tren is so very prone to in animal studies (meaning surplus carbs do not convert to bodyfat but are just forced into muscle tissue that doesn't need them)... is your carb intake higher than on previous tren cycles? An extra 100g of carbs a day could account for it... or a much higher protein intake (as any not used for metabolic or tissue building purpose are also converted to carbs... which will be shuttled into muscle glycogen with that helfty dose of tren). Some other variable like this could be different. Still on that much tren and var and given your strength foundation I am not surprised you are making insane gains.

^^^thats a really good point.. the way i eat has changed. i've been making my food ahead of time and then re-heating it.. i used to cook the food then eat before. perhaps i am eating bigger portions since I already have the food cooked?

also like i said my appetite is up this time, usually tren kills it.

There you go, probably it. Undereating is a huge mistake on tren, giving its nutrient partitioning effects, you need quite a large caloric surplus to really worry about fat gain unless estragen levels are elevated... the extra food goes a long way with it.

my entire upper body locked up.

i looked like a hunchback... if you see the pics my traps are bulging like crazy, i am not even really flexing in those pics, they are like that 24/7... gotta get them to let go. see my post on the last page on what the acupuncturist described to me.. its a mechanical problem. too much mass too fast is not a good thing. could i take some drugs to temporarily fix the problem? yes, but i would be causing long term damage. that i am not gonna do. i can start trashing my body when i am in my 50's and not worry about my long term health.. but not in my early 30's. I don't want to be starring in the next Humpback of Notre Dame movie at 40

Yeh I read that but I guess I was thinking it was some other type of pain. I've never had any acupuncture but I do go to the chiropractor and get massages so it was something I was thinking about trying.

massages can be good but not for this.. most massage therapists will talk to you for about a minute and then go to work.. they don't really understand the mechanics to what is wrong or what is causing the problem. the girl who massaged me last week was hawt, however i felt worse the next 2 days after.

It's taken me a few years to find a good place but I finally found one. I'm very pleased with it and have continued to go there, me and my wife. I pulled a muscle in my neck a couple of months ago and had forgotten about it but my neck had been killing me and headaches. The masseuse went right to work and they pointed out where I was hurting and that's what it was from. Fixed me right up! I've had some crappy ones before so I know what your saying.

Steve honestly given your gains and goals I wouldn't increase the doses on either... I think you are going to reach your set goals on what you are using.

Also given the tightness you are experiencing a lot more stretching and foam rolling is in order. I maintain a great deal of flexibility and mobility training myself and now that I am on again I am finding it, + daily foam rolling to really work wonders in coaping with the rapid muscle regrowth (and the tightness and cramping associated with it). If you don't have a foam roller... investing in one will be the best $20 you've ever spent when on cycle.
