Steve honestly given your gains and goals I wouldn't increase the doses on either... I think you are going to reach your set goals on what you are using.
Also given the tightness you are experiencing a lot more stretching and foam rolling is in order. I maintain a great deal of flexibility and mobility training myself and now that I am on again I am finding it, + daily foam rolling to really work wonders in coaping with the rapid muscle regrowth (and the tightness and cramping associated with it). If you don't have a foam roller... investing in one will be the best $20 you've ever spent when on cycle.
The tightness I was feeling sounds like Steve's, I couldn't do anything for it. I tried stretching and it did nothing. I started to get it around last thursday and I worked out on Friday. I didn't work out again till Monday and it was pretty much done by then. My muscles felt like I still had my pump for days.
