exactly 3 weeks into tren E and var

*** pics are up on first post ... sloppy pics but you can see the MASS MASS MASS.
not bad for just 3 weeks so far. we will see what happens the 2nd half of the cycle.

i'm up to 335 on the bench for 3 reps. ... nailed 500 on the squat, new PR for me.

what is your weight in those pics?

also if flexibility is becoming an issue Id recommend "yoga for fighters" its a 45 min yoga routine designed for bjj guys and mma guys but its good for anyone and works the muscles most bodybuilders are gonna have issues with. Even if you only sneak it in 2x a week you will help prevent stress or injury down the road

great results.. not a surprise.. you eat properly, train properly and have a good mix of AAS and supps.
 
I'm in the low 190's at 5 6 so I am holding a lot of muscle mass on my small skeleton. I'm actually up 13 pounds, but i put down 10 pounds in my first post cause I didn't think anyone would believe me without pics .. i think there was a 3 day span where the scale went up 6 pounds.. i didn't believe it until i used 2 more scales and confirmed the weight gain. also friends i haven't seen in a couple weeks were asking what the heck i was taking. I was working out like an animal though.. I only missed 2 days in 3 weeks. and I was adding sets on the same muscle group back to back days. a little trick Ross taught me a few months back .. also i went into the cycle in as good a shape as i've ever been in

the way the acupuncturist described the problem is my brain is telling my body to lock up. its a mechanical issue. too much mass put on too fast so that is what I get. so he wants me to just do legs this week and lay off the upper body.

i'm doing yoga at home daily and i'm gonna hit a couple classes at the gym..
 
Steve, you look great in those pics. When I started my cycle, I found out I couldn't scrub my back in the shower anymore like I used to. This stuff definitely messes with flexibility. I have a hard time buckling my seatbelt lol.

Tren is the best of the best. Enjoy it! My biggest problem is I don't really want to come off of it. Going into the 9th or 10th week at 700mg and I don't have 1 side affect. Libido is great. I look good. Feel good. Sleep great...maybe I'll go on an hrt of tren ace lol?

what are you goals? short term/ long term? ever think about competing? or power lifting?
 
^^ well i love competition .. i was a competitive 5K and half marathon runner, and before that i was a powerlifter back when i was in high school and college. i am going to a BB competition next month in my area so i am gonna look, learn, and see if i get the itch to do it myself or i might say fuck it i just want to be a gym rat and leave that for someone else

how's the libido without test? up, down, unchanged? And when you say you're going to stop your cycle for a week, are you going to stop pinning and taking the var?
