I certainly respect anyone standing up for what they believe in, and I respect passion and a willingness to be proactive.

I also, however, strongly resent any implication that if I do not share in that passion, I am less intelligent, or less compassionate, or less...well, anything. I'm not going to toot my own horn, but I've certainly done my part in my own way.

Like jerkbox, if I really really thought about it, I could probably convince myself to give up meat. I even did once for about three months. I just enjoy the taste too much. Humans are meant to eat meat, it is part of our biology.

Yeah I looked in your profile and it says northeast. But you can look up and see if restaurants serve it there.. I believe many still do. The reason it got banned here is because there was such an outcry from the general public about it.
