I said exactly that...I don't know. I do know you were banned before but if Rick is cool with you being here, I have no problem with it.

You SUGGEST your products and I PROMOTE them? Not sure of the difference bro but I never posted 3 page promos on my stuff.

Bottom line, you can do what you do and I'll do what I do . And sometimes there's going to be a difference of opinion.
 
FWIW, I really enjoyed the history of bodybuilding from Nelson's Bodybuilding Truth book... his calf workout kills me. A lot of the workouts presented here and other places aren't applicable to my goals for 3/4 of the year, but I still appreciate the opinions.

I've said this before but it bares repeating. STEROIDS ARE GROWTH DRUGS. People have got to stop this "Lean bulking" bullshit. I would love to erase the word "CUTTER" from the message boards. Why? Because it's a fallacy and a waste of gear.

The technique of "cutting" with gear became popular among competitive bodybuilders in the 90's in a effort to maintain anabolism while restricting calories (and taking stims) in order to cut. It doesn't do much good but at that level you have to take every advantage you can get. Now I see guys who barely look like they work out doing a "lean bulk" with gear. Fuck, step back from the refrigerator and get a little closer to the squat rack!

I'd say except in the case of maybe one or two members (that means the other TWO THOUSAND of you)...STOP WASTING MONEY ON GEAR THAT IS NOT BEING PROPERLY UTILIZED!

Protein, calories and heavy lifting is what allows steroids to be effective, not
cutting calories and doing cardio. That's fucking gay.

Sure, some may say "cutting" while on a cycle worked for them, but it's a vanity trip. The results will be short lived. Hell, I have a client who was using nothing but ZIP and Lypoflame but I had him cut back on carbs and shortened time between sets and in 3 weeks, though he's about the same weight, is far more ripped and rock hard. That's the way you do it.

Face it. You, me, and most everyone here will never be a pro. Stop using steroids like you're one! Save that shit for a time when you're planning on getting bigger.

Gear if for GROWTH. Nuff said.

You know what nelson you are correct. Steroids back in the 60's 70's 80's up intill the late 80's early 90's were used just for one purpose gaining muscle.
You never heard stories of guys saying back in the day " i took this that and this to burn fat and lean out "
they busted their ass worked out and trained and the steroids promoted growth and the leaness they achived was due to busting ass in the gym.

It was not untill maybe around 1990 that bodybuilders started creating steroid cutting cycles and when they did suddenly guys like rich gaspari where comming in beyond cut they were comming in literally shredded.

But for standard prurposes steroids should be used for growth anyone using steroids to "cut up" that does not compete or willing to bust ass is just to lazy to watch the diet and keep up with the cardio in my opinion.

Some guys are to much of a fucking pussy to break a sweat and mess up their hair ,they would rather just swallow some thyroid and high dose tren and other drugs to lean up.I look at the gym and a battle ground I am their to bust ass and destroy , never had a problem with leaning out I just speed up my rountine and take less time between sets to keep the movments going ad heart rate up

if someone competes that is fine do what you have to do, but when i see guys running primo,tren anavar with winstrol hoping to drop from 18% bf down to 10% bf. Give me a fucking break you could get down to 10% with a little test and watching you're diet.
Now if you need to get down to 3%bf from 10%bf that is another ball game.
and most guys on elite do not need to or get down that low with exception of a few guys that compete

I only present the facts as facts bro. I also offer some alternative ways of looking at things. You, on the other hand come off like an expert and go about doing so by telling others who know far more that they don't know what they're talking about. That just makes you look silly.

To the guy who wants Ross and I to have a physique show down -- tell you what -- how about a "before and after" comparison to see who actually made better gains without drugs? I know I'll win that one hands down.

Plus, I'd like to see Ross place at the NPC with a cycle of 200 mgs of deca a week and 15 mgs of dball a day for just 6 weeks prior. Then we can talk.

And not for nothing, I know guys who are bigger than Ross who wouldn't know what an amino acid is. Would you take THEIR advice?

You made me rethink everything when I read the first chapter of the Bodybuilding Truth. Genetics > Hard work, effort, motivation, dedication, drugs. Sad but true, I know a few guys who live on pizza and beer and look like they are ready to step on stage in a few months. I on the other hand have been dieting for a fucking year and still look like I only hit the weights before holiday weekends. Bullshit. :rolleyes:

I had a point..I think.
