Just a shock to hear about and see her kids, there is a long history between us before and a bit after she met her husband.
Do I feel guilty? NO. I am glad to see her son and her happy. Just brought back old memories. Apparently for you I cannot have those without feeling guilty or not loving somone I am with?

Well if your with someone else all you do is think about that other person a lot. Its hard to find other people and be with somone when the person you really want doesn want you.

did you just have to move on and accept her being with someone else?

i had a relationship with someone at work and we never really finalized things because it was a work relationship. Work and sex doesnt mix.

But we are both at that age now where we realized maybe we were just too young the and now we both know what we want. It pretty obvious because everyone around knows. Too much attraction and chemistry...clearly. But its me thats stopping things because im scared of being rejected again. Before one day this dude showed up at work with her, someone completly out of the cirle of friends. I got burned. I know shes still with him, but its clear that things arent working out for them.

please tell me whats your story with your ex and why did she become your ex and why did she end up with that other dude.

Do you guys always end up growing up around them, and how havent they moved away?

So i take it everyone doesnt ever end up moving to another city? and now you guys take your kids to school and see them all the time when they take theirs?

I always though you would just end up moving away from her and probably never see her again, if anything run into her down the road in your new BMW and make her envy your life now?

I haven't seen my ex since our break up. That was...4 years ago.

The only chance of me running into her again is if I go to my 10 year reunion.
