Erection issue whilst on TRT

Currently on TRT sustanon100 every week - into my third month and my fella is coming up but not for very long, could it be that the sustanon in these quantities aint doing it for me anymore. The only thing I have started doing different training wise is cut cardio to 3 days and replaced with 2 days of moderate lifting.
Did speak to my doc and he wants to put me on Viagra, which isnt really getting to the root of my problem.

I've always read an average man makes 75 mgs/week of his own test -- but that's not the same as an ester. It's not the same release, same mg-for-mg potency, etc. etc.

So my first guess is your dose is a tad low low... maybe you need 125 mg/week.

But it could be a different problem: Are you taking any anti-estrogens? If its three months in, you might have a slight aromitization problem that's building-up your estrogen levels. If you're feeling a little bloated and puffy (i.e. like you just ate a little something that didn't agree with your gut) then that could be your problem.

Also... did your libido go crazy about a month into TRT? If you felt a big bump then, that would support the estrogen build-up idea.

It was good info you provided though...thanks!

I've done HRT under an MD's care since I was 36 -- I'm 40 now.

In terms of anti-aging, consider HGH before testosterone. Year-round HGH combined with one or two mild testosterone cycles per year will do wonders.

How old are you, what is your weight, and what is your TRT dosage per week? Also, before you started TRT did the doc disclose your Free and Total test values as well as estradiol levels? Are you having bloodwork done during TRT? Blood pressure and blood sugar can also affect the libido as well, but I'd be surprised if your doctor prescribed viagra if you had a high bp. I would also want to know the root of the problem rather than just treat the symptom as well.

Im 40 years young, 95 KG pretty active and I take sutanon 100 every week.
Sustanon 100 manufactured by Organon, breakdown below:
20mg testosterone propionate (Ph.Eur.)
40mg testosterone phenylpropionate (BP)
40mg testosterone isocaproate (BP)
(equivalent to 74mg of testosterone)
Blood work done 3 months ago showing test level at 9.1nmol/L
Thats all the info doc gave me, you have to appreciate the UK docs are a bit behind you guys in the USA.
Initially taken as low Libido, tiredness etc. The first month on TRT my libido was better than it has ever been, but seems to have started to decline.
What do you mean by the root of the problem??
