Erection issue whilst on TRT

prob your test is too low....By the way, i'm not a fan of sustanon and I think it sucks for TRT unless you inject 2x a week. Cyp or enth is better and if you want a fast release agent use propionate with it. That's what I use now, 100mg cyp and 100mg prop once a week. Sex is great and no estrogen problems or anything either.

Hard to get that stuff in the UK. Was thinking of substituting 1 sust 100 jab with sustanon 250:

Sustanon 100
20mg testosterone propionate (Ph.Eur.)
40mg testosterone phenylpropionate (BP)
40mg testosterone isocaproate (BP)
(equivalent to 74mg of testosterone)

Sustanon 250
30mg testosterone propionate (Ph.Eur.)
60mg testosterone phenylpropionate (BP)
60mg testosterone isocaproate (BP)
100mg of testosterone decanoate (BP)
(equivalent to 176mg of testosterone)

Any thoughts appreciated

How long do your do 200 mg/week? Are these cycles, or do you take that dose indefinitely?

I do 200mg a week contiuously in between cycles as my HRT. Once I'm on a cycle I increase test considerably (500-850) depending what I'm doing along with other compounds. I do not think 200mg of test a week is a cycle by any means. 200mg a week puts me at high end of test around 1000ng.

I would opt for the sust 250 if you can. Sust 250 has a longer acting ester in there ....exactely what you want. Your blood levels would be much more stable and consistent through the week.

Thanks varga - will get a blood test from my doc after a few days after my last jab for the month, just to see what my test levels are before I start the sust 250

200 a week of exogenous test only gets you to 1000ng? That's amazing (I believe you, you're just on the far end of the scale!).

Thats about right. general rule of thumb is to multiply by 4. For me Im naturally about 150, so I take 150mgs enanthate times that by 4 plus my additional natural 150 and you get me right around 800.

that's all it gives me unfortunately, I think that my weight and muscle mass sucks that testosterone right up

Yes a lot of doctors will prescribe Sustanon for TRT. As suggested^^^, it is not ideal for using in this way because of the neeed to inject more frequently using sust due to its ester structure. By far the best is a sinle long acting ester like Enanthate & @ 200mg PW. Arimidex can be used as an AI but should not be necessary at this dose.
