let me summarize:
for 8 weeks you will be taking exogenous testosterone and shut down your natural testosterone production so you do PCT for only 2 weeks which may not be enough to get your natural levels up (most agree on 4 wk PCT for a Test cycle) then you take 1 week off of taking anything and hop back on for another 10 weeks to get that natural test production back down. What is the point?
why not just do an 18 week cycle and cut out the PCT in the middle. Add in some HCG along the way to blow the deflated gonads back up if needed later on in the cycle.
If you are set on doing a long cycle here is what I suggest based off of your initial plan:
wk 1-20 Test E 500mg/wk
wk 1-6 40mg Var (Test E should kick in around wk 4 so it's not needed much longer)
wk 1-18 EQ 600mg/wk
wk 16-21 Winny 50mg ED
Supplement with whatever (ECA/Clen/T3, sesapure, glucorell, etc)
PCT (you look like you got a decent handle on your last PCT w/HCG)
now to meet your goal which i have translated into basically dry/lean gains:
Eat 1.5 g protein per lb of bodyweight and for total Cal/Day start out at about 250 Cal above your daily expenditure (basically 1 extra protein shake or so) then taper up to about 750 Cal over daily expenditure over the course of 3 weeks. The point of this is to ramp up your Caloric intake as the Test and Var kick in and your muscles respond. This should prevent gaining much (if any) fat those first few weeks. Then stay at that level of Cal/day. You shold be gaining weight with that and ever few weeks adjust it back up to 750 Cal over your caloric intake (should go up with added muscle). around wk 14, start tapering back down to about 500 Cal/day over daily expenditure so you hit it when you add in the Winny. stick with about that much till the last injection and slowly taper down to your new (you gained some muscle here) daily caloric expenditure and keep it right there until PCT is over.

Test E 500mg weeks 1 - 20
Eq 400mg weeks 1 - 12
Winny 50mg per day weeks 17 - 22
Clen/ECA rotation 13 - 20
pct starting in week 23 till week 27
Proviron 25 mg per day weeks 13 - 20
HCG 1000 ius per week 4 or 6 weeks prior to PCT and stopped at PCT.
.5 mg ED adex during bulker,(initial 12 weeks)
1mg ED adex during cutting phase (weeks 13 - through pct)
Cal intake for the 1st 12 weeks would be at 4000 cals per day
macro ratio 40p/40c/20 fat
then changed to roughly 2000 cals per day for weeks 13 - 20
My goal here is to gain some lean muscle in the 12 weeks (hopefully 10 - 15 lbs) then to maintain that muscle size while losing 3%'s of body fat in the later part of the cycle with the help of clen, eca, and winny and a low caloric intake diet as i described above.
