Eq 12 wks or 16 wks... Difference in results?

For those bros who've ran eq before, is there a substantial increase in gains from running it longer than 12 weeks?

I had originally plan to run it 12 weeks at 400 mg/wk, but I've read gains get better the longer eq is run. Would 12 weeks suffice?
 
Not for me. No matter what I use, I stop gaining after 10. I like to run 16 wk cycles though because I think the added time on helps the body adjust to the new weight easier.
 
one reason for gains to stop/slow down is because of diet. as you gain weight you need to eat more.. after 10 weeks if you've gained 25 lbs you may need to get another 500 calories a day to keep gaining.

if it's part of a 22 weeks cycle and I assume test is involved
run it 20 weeks
with test up to the 22nd week

why are you doing a 22 week cycle? any special reason. :coffee:

For me, week 12 is when I really feel the full benefits of EQ - but then again, that's just me.

This seems to be the concensus for people that really use EQ. I suggest 16 weeks.
 
Don't count out 13,15, and 17 weeks though . . . or maybe stopping your last shot so that it is 13.5 or 15.5 weeks.. not like even numbered cycles do anything better than an odd weeked cycle...

I'd say plan to have enough for at least 16 weeks and then if you are happy with your gains at 12 weeks, stop, go another week or two and if you are still gaining and want to continue, then by all means continue, stop whenever you feel you have met your goals or for any other reasons (sides, personal, whatever). Have a plan, but don't feel like you must stick to it (going the full x weeks), however if you are running test along with it, run the text at least an extra week past the EQ so that way they wear off around the same time or at least so the test wears off last to aid in PCT.
