bro tendinitis is no joke.... if you develop it, it won't heal till you stop working out for a good 2-3 weeks... i had tendinitis on my left arm and couldn't lift shit... i had to take 2-3 weeks off... it sucked my weight went down and lost some muscle.. but now it's completely healed and i'm back to lifting... There's no other way to get rid of it... just let it heal..
