end of week 9 update

sust( chinese) 600 mgs/wk 1-10
Tren 100mgs/day weeks 7-12


6`2 207 14.8%bf pre cycle
6`2 247 19.1%bf now
arms 15 3/4- 17 1/2
quads 22 3/4- 26 1/4
calves 15 3/4 - 17 1/4

bench 280 max ( pre cycle)-370 now
squats 330 6 reps for 3 sets - 450 3 sets of 5

now i have major tendonitis in my left shoulder..dont know if i want to take a week or 2 off or wait til clomid treatment and take 2 weeks off then...any suggestions? i gained mor bf than i wanted but i guess if i want size i will gain some bf...i will be bridging 40 mgs of anavar all in the am til next cycle
 
DAAMMMM 40lbs with 2 weeks left! Thats insane gains! I would take a week or so off from lifting or lift lighter weights and wait till you start Clomid to take a couple weeks off. Bridge with 20mg/Day of Anavar taken all in the morn as I feel 40mg/Day will have to much of an effect on your HPTA. With the Bridge you will be able to maintain all your gains and then hit a nice cut cycle on a cal restricted diet to melt that fat away

i was on between 3000-4000 calories
250-350 grms of protein a day
60-70 grams of fat
and 200-250 carbs


cardio 3 times a week

i dont look humungous...i gained alot of wait in my ass/legs...especially the quads...and i can tell with all my shirts and pants too tight for me to wear
 
i am holding some water..that could be some of it..but al i ate was between 3000-4000 calories....my gf was curious enough why i ate more than usual..if i would have upped the calories to 5000 plus she would have figured...next time i will eat cleaner and hope the bf%stays down...just goes to tell ya it depends on the person in how much ya gain..it was also my first cycle
