I'm impressed! Thank you Mr. X for all the good info. Using your worksheet (plugged in 225 in weight field).

Starting Weight - 260.5
As of today - 248

No loss of strength, lift as heavy or heavier then before.

I took a picture 2 days ago and I will take more when I am completed in about 5 weeks.

Workout 5 times a week. Cardio after workouts for 15 minutes @ 2 or 3 times a week.

Light ECA stack (2 times vs 3 times per day).

I ordered r-ala, yohimburn and NYC yesterday and will start those when they arrive.

When I reach 240 I will start morning cardio.

wait a minute *confused*
Are you supposed to plug in the weight you want to get to, or your actual current weight into mr x's ckd worksheet? I used my current weight. Have i wasted the last two weeks?

Congrats man! Keep at it. I started my CKD Feb 17. It's sooo much easier after about the 2nd or third week. I added cardio the fourth week about 30 min 3x wk. That and increasing my water intake kept the fat loss going. Down 13 lbs myself w/ about 10 more or so to go.

Today's my refeed day. It's great! But now I dont even mind when its over.
Oh yeah! Dont forget to adjust your calories when u lose more weight. I messed that up one week and slowed progress down a little until I corrected it.:D

My understanding is to use your LBM weight. The 225 is assumed on my part.

My BF% is pretty high so I'm not real concerned with cals being too low.

I tell you what, the day after carb-up is scary (back up to 251). But I understand that will go back down as a lot of it is water.

Week 3 - Thursday and I am still at 249. :(

However, I started NYC today.

I plan on using r-ala with Saturdays carb up.

I am a little disappointed that I am not closer to 247.

I also tanned (6 minutes) last night to tighten up the skin a little. Can't tell if it helped, but for the first time in my life, I have a ever so slight tan. I may go again tonight.

Any comments from the experienced?

Tanning looks good but skin tightening Is not what you should be going for. You WILL look better with a tan. like night and day.

btw good job so far. it comes off easy in the beginning but slows down. DON`T get discouraged. keep at it
