Tipped the scales at 161 lbs as of this morning.
Down from 175.
Damn I havent been this lite in years.
Although due to school work and work I really havent been able to run or workout lately. Hopefully this will change next week.
I will probably diet for one more month. Hopefully that will be enough for a 6 pack which is my goal.
Carb up tonight!
