Eating for me was kindof odd ... i used A LOT of MRPs.
Meal 1: 2 myoplexes, 1 bowl of Organic Flax/blueberry cereal with 1 c milk
Meal 2: 1 footlong sub from subway (chicken breast with cheese, 50 g protein) + 2 c milk
Meal 3: 14 oz chicken breasts, 1 large yam, fat free sour cream, and 2 c grape juice
Meal 4: (after workout) 1 SIZE UP (1000 cals + 20 extra g glutamine) (85 g protein total)
Meal 5: 2 cans tuna, 2 c milk, stir fry
Meal 6: Whatever I can bear to eat this late that is reasonably high protein ... this might be a MRP or MORE TUNA and veggies.
