elitefitness get ready for summer contest.

Count me in! I'll try and get pics up today. I'm a little apprehensive about putting up pics, being that I'm way out of shape but we'll give it a shot.:worried: I'll probably be running some of needto's tren tfo and some monsterdrol. Not sure yet though.

The good thing about ef is we are all friends here. We do not make fun of each other and act like jerks. We lift each other up and help each other reach our goals.

People who like to put others down can get banned and go be jerks on another forum. We are about building people up not taring them down.

seem to be healing up fast. i would love to do this. feel like i owe omega something too for i keep getting sick/injured all of that shit and its hindering my progress.

if i'm in ill post up march 24th.

I'm not embarrassed about my body fat, it is more the back hair that is embarrassing, OK, the fat too.

also I just received my COC hand grippers, so I should at least have some of the best forearms at the end of the comp


Hey Need2, how about within the comp we can of a smaller comp for best bodyparts, just for a fun added bonus

Let me know what you think of those COCs. I've been thinking about getting some of those for awhile.

If you look worse now then the progress you make in that time will be more impressive. It is not the 25th yet to you still have time to take pics I am taking mine this weekend.

she is right. The worse you look now and the better you look later can be a the difference between first and second place.
 
so I took PICS yesterday afternoon and I will get them in here today after sometime, but damn I got to say, what I see in the mirror and what the camera shows are two different persons. It was embarrassing looking at the pics, I have a lot of work to do, I hate body fat, it is depressing.

What we are going to do is stop acting like kids. Traz is using the pics he has now. These are ok pics to use. All it takes is for one childish prick to ruin the whole thing. Shut up about the pics. You are not the judges we are. How childish.
 
Lets not get to tech on all this crap guys. Trust the judges know what they are looking at and will take every thing into consideration.
 
Hmm, I was considering entering this contest; (maybe to get other women in. Not enough women here), but I'm competing in 5 weeks, so my before pics are not bad enough. Oh well, maybe next time!

I have my pics up! I finally am back in the gym, I'm at 233 and around 20-22% bf I would say as you can see! lol. 10% is my goal! Bring it on!

I'm doing my special bodybuilding routine which you'll all learn what it is soon :evil: on tuesday, thursday and saturday and I'm doing MMA training on Monday, Wednsday and Friday...so you can imagine i'll be in much better shape :D

Another big guy joining the mix… I played offensive line for 5 yrs, a position in which you need strength, speed, and size (not necessarily good size) to be successful. I would say I always struggled with easy weight (fat) gain but worked extremely hard to keep a relatively lean body for a 315 pounder… Then I had about 6months off before I started work. It was during this time I was the most lean I ever was at such a high weight, and dropped down to about 280…Now I work a very stressful job for about 11-15hrs a day and sometimes 1 day on the weekend. I find it hard to get motivated to go to the gym, eat properly, and get enough sleep, or essentially live a healthy life style. I would say it has more to do with my current job situation than it does my personal goals and aspirations and as we all know the job situation in the US sucks right now. Anyway, I am now about 278 (I will weigh myself on the gym scale tom), but I feel very soft and I can tell my composition has suffered a great deal, I also know that I tend to party way to hard on the weekends (as a stress reliever). This is exactly what I need to get back into the swing of things, something that will hold me accountable for the decisions I make and give me a competitive drive. I know needto said not to list all the details, but I felt like explaining myself to the group, as to most, if not all, I am a new face. Here are my before pics for this competition, taken last night.

I was just in the gym and a guy I haven't seen in a few months was in there (I haven't beeen to the gym in months! haha) and he was lookin ripped and wicked vascular. Has dropped like 115 lbs since last april. Insane!
