EF Meet-Ups - Who did you meet and how did it go?

I have not met up with anyone from the site.
I did meet up with one of Manny's friends while up in Montreal but he could not make it out with us.

What about you?
 
I met Gambino and Caligirl.

Just grabbed lunch with bino when he was driving across the country to Oregon with his bro.

Caligirl I met when I went to Vegas for the weekend. Both nice people.
 
Bran - twice. Once he came to chill in NY with me, we had a funny ass time. We were driving thru Manhattan trying to do drive-by pick-ups with every chick we saw. He hair blows his hair, by the way. Also met up with him in Dallas once but just for a quick meal. When the waitress asked if we wanted dessert he said "No, we're bodybuilders"

Dunk & Swole - fuckers came to a party I threw. It was too funny. Got real fucked up with them and just ripped on every person there. Love those cats

Scots - a week or 2 ago. Light training session followed by some food and beers. Quality fucking person right there. We could have fun fucking with people.

A couple females but would keep those between us. :)

Most happened after several years here tho, had to get to know them. All those peeps I met are part of a small group that I really get along with and really enjoy communicating with.
 
Lemme see - most are oldschoolers...

I have met in the flesh: New@gettinbig, Supergirl, FreakDaddy, VixenBabe. I used to train with IronGod, FitnessChick and (I can't remember his screenname now, but he was IG's brother) they actually knew Captain Insano (PM'd but never actually met). I used to know The Ranger. I hung out with Dial Tone with a mutual friend, was fun times. :) I hung out with Ffactor several times, heckuva sweet guy was the suck that I missed his wedding. I met JerseyArt and OMG did he turn out to be a fucking psycho!... and finally after many years I FINALLY met Mrs Texas Guns who is just a lovely human being all the way around. Oh yea, Lumberg, Ffactor and another dude, what was his name? Synpax I think. We had sushi then Ffactor and I went to a titty bar... LFMAO

I have had mail exchanges and phone chats with Velvett, Shrebly, Chesty, FriskyGurl, SuperQT, BigDawg and Jujube, BFoldTheTruth, Havoc, The Shadow. I hope that I am not forgetting anyone. It has been YEARS...

My Old Grump and I have an e-relationship/phone contact with Jon79, Mountain Muscle, Habitual Health, Angel, Needto, Ms PregoRae.

There were PM's #'s exchanged a few weeks back between Biteme and his lady and us talking about having a drink but it didn't materialize because I have been too depressed to socialize.

We hope to have some meetups sometime in the future, but I have been very depressed and just not up to meeting people. My Grump is a very patient man. I dont deserve him.

All of these people are good bros and girls so I won't bother fluffing them all individually.

Dunk - 2 years ago at his boy's place in NYC...did coke, took a video of me sorting it, had a goddamn blast, met a bum who said he was on def comedy jam.

Dunk & KB - at KB's place in Stamford about a year ago. First words me and KB exchanged were swears. lol @ making fun of everyone at the party. Dunk wears a seahawks shirt under his mets jersey. We make fun of KB's candles and framed construction paper. We make fun of the ghetto people on kb's balcony (where they can't shoot/beat us up. Me and Dunk eat taco bell before leaving. Girl in red is crazy overdressed. everyone's hair was on point.

hanselthecaretaker - fuggin awesome guy. We lifted together in Michigan. Dude is tall and pretty ripped. Once his injury heals he has potential to be a monster. Very laid back and easy to talk to...made my work trip enjoyable. We did delts. I hope to meet up again soon.

cboogsrun - fuggin SWOLE cat. SWOLE. Also very laid back and chill. We'd be boys if he was in CT. We did chest together. Dude puts up mad weight like it's kb's tea kettle with no big lid in the middle. I felt small. Def gotta meet up again when I'm in Jefferson City for work again.

Oh let's see:

Spatts and the Project- I've seen them twice got to train in Spatt's basement the second time. Truly awesome people.

Chefwide and Frisky- Went to her figure show in Louisiana. Two of the best people I have ever met anywhere. Also got to meet Pumpgirl at the show.

QT, Sassy, Quadsweep, Quadsweepsister, Bigmann245, Nsashbl01, Hoteacher, PBR, I think a couple others I can't remember right now. -'06 Arnold Classic. All great people, bigman and I did some serious drinking that night.

KB- Two weeks ago in San Diego hit the gym and then some burgers and beers while oogling hottie thick waitresses. We would most likely end up in jail were we to go out drinking.

Met some other less known guys here and there at lifting meets and such.

Spoken on the phone with quite a few others.

SuperQt in downtown Chicago - we had Brunch at The Drake. fuggin awesome. she's a great girl. she was totally hungover from the night before out drinking with Fragadelic

Fragadelic - i went to his office for dental services - twice. dude extracted a molar that was chipped. gave me too much of the stuff that makes you feel woozy, had to tell him to turn that shit down i felt drunk LOL dude gave me a scripit for vicodin after that/ awesome fella./ totally charismatic and congenial. and hilarious

Tiger88 - we met up at my gym when he was visiting family in the chicago area for a summer. we deadlifted. he said he was nervous because he had never met anyone from the interwebs before and said he was intimidated by muscle mamas like myself. (lol @ that) the dude is somewhat shy, tall, strong and built like a quarterback. he pulled 500+ off the bottom pin in the rack for reps. i was pulling 2fitty for a few as well. we did SLDL and a gazillion other things too. i was sore for weeks

The Project - he was in Chicago on business and he came to the \bar where i worked my 2nd job and he had steak dinner and a few Killians on me. we had many laughs. i booed the soup

FreeballinDC -he came over to our house a few times to watch Nascar with lumberg. he's totally sweet guy. and handsome

Chefwide - awesome fella. he and freeballin meet Lumberg and I out for vietnamese soup one night. we had good conversations. damn he's a looker too.

Becoming - we met up at my gym while he was in chicago for the summer. we hit up bench press and other awesome movements. we were pretty much stronger than everyone else there. very smart and a great guy. teehee and cute

Longhorn - he and his wife met Lumberg and I at the Pool Hall/drinking establishment right by our house. what a great couple. this dude is tall,, dark and handsome, and very intelligent. and a top notch family. he kicks ass at pool. they arrived with their own sticks! his wife is a beauty. he said she and I could pass for sisters. i take that as a compliment.

Lumberg - He was visiting family and rented a car and drove from from St Louis to Chicago to meet me. He took me out to the Chicago Chophouse for our first date.(he paid!)
A true love story. we had sechs. then got married. The end.
 
I've only met 1 person from EF, it was QT she came to support me at 1 of my competitions. We didn't get too much time to spend together :(, but we will next time. :)

There are a few I would like to meet someday though.

Through EF I met up with Gambino, the poster formerly known as Cata1yst, LickinLollypops, and Swole. Nothing but good to say about each of them, even though some aren't with us anymore. All worthwhile times for sure.

Oh and I had the fone sechs with QT, which was probably my first non-C&C/PM interaction with anyone. :licker:
 
I've met two former members, "bwood" and "HappyScrappy", and current member "Juiceddreadlocks". All were pleasant experiences, not awkward at all.
 
I've met:

TexasArmyGuy - In Austin, Texas back in 2001.

Lumberg - Smart DC bureacrat who loves NASCAR and has a great sense of humor and great taste in women. Met him first at the Baltimore ESPN sportszone in 2003 and later played pool with him and his wife in 2006.

Smurfy - Smart, nice, pretty DC bureacrat. Met her at aforementioned pool game. She is also stacked. After every game when I said, "rack-em", the pool balls weren't the only round things I was seeing, if you know what I mean? I'm surprised Lumby ever leaves the house.

Freeballin' DC - Smart DC bureacrat. Nice guy, met him at the meetup at the ESPN sportszone in Baltimore in 2003.

WODIN - Huge dude was wearing all black and looked like a muscled out version of a young Johnny Cash. Baltimore meetup '03. Cool guy.

Ffactor - Baltimore meetup '03

Bikinmom (known then as WERD) was supposed to be at that meetup but she was a no-show. :(
 
ive met a few:

sassy69-awsome woman, i met her a few times, very focused on fitness. looks unbelievable now
scots-would love to hang with this guy without a doubt. we both drank like fish and i still dont know how i got back to my room :worried:, oh and we almost got into a fight with some locals in Columbus at the Arnold
QT-what can i say that hasnt been said. very sweet woman, would def love to meet-up with again. helped me out a lot when i needed it the most
Hotforteacher-she is exactly that....HOT.. i had a very nice conversation with her, lots of good advice. i lost her contact info when i went out drinking with scots later that night. i suck
PBR-another awesome person. very knowledgable but cant drink worth a damn...lol
mattheskywalker-gone but never forgotten. misunderstood by some but i thought he was a cool person.
 
I've met a few people.

most are not active members here anymore, which makes me think i may have scared them away.

and then there's AAP. :)

I've met Mr dB, Beefcake28, mountain muscle, sonic_death_monkey, and I grew up down the street from an old mod who isn't a member here any longer.
