Sure sound like this site is slowly but surely is becoming just as bad as bodybuilding dot com. Just read the tread titles, stuff about loosing anal virginity and such, WTF is with that?
There are users with post count in thousands, that have not provided a single productive thing. And they become seasoned bro's... :confused:

i wouldn't mind owning either website for financial reasons. Also, I was a member here maybe 7 or 8 years ago (can't remember the old user and password)... there are quite a few different people. The vibe is a little different. Still lot's of good info though. What happened to Mr. X? Don't see him on the boards...

Anavar 50 mg ED and Stanozolol Troches 1 EOD.

How should I take this mess. It's a lot of gear.

Im 6'0 255 lb and 15%
Diet and cardio suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also Im trying to get to 10% not interested in anymore mass just hard muscle.

Well, as far as having only 20 something posts, I mostly read. And there is a lot of good info here, don't get me wrong. At the beginning of the thread, I stated that EF is turning into BB dot com. Not there yet, though. And, once great website is getting filled with crap. I know that BB is frequented by teens, and that's ok that they want to talk about their issues (anal sex, smell of their farts, puberty issues etc). It is sad though, when people in their late 20s and 30s do that, here. There are other websites, that focus on passive homosexuality, how shit smells and so on, where such problems can be addressed. But hey, this sells, right. And I am cool with that, whatever tickles your feather... And again, I am talking about a small minority of the forum members, that do that.
It's just when you click on new posts, there a shitload of posts from Chat subforum. Sorry for the rant, I am used to isteroids, anabolicminds, outlawmuscle and others. They are not as popular, but straight to the point. JMO...
