EF Customer Service?!?!?!

Is there a certain forum member or email address? I was wondering, now that I'm platinum:

-Can I capitalize some letters in my user name?

-How do you create your own Platinum Board?

Can somebody please post me their email, or who to contact, etc?

you need to change your user name if you want capitals.
the best thing to do is click on contact us and fill out help ticket or call the telephone number that is provided.
I dont think you can make your own plat board! I dont even understand what that means.

They make it sound like you get your own slice of banwidth to create your own website...........I inquired about it through Customer Service over a month ago - and I never heard anything about it.

lol, I already emailed him a day or two ago too. Thanks for all the suggestions everybody, but I'm still being ignored like a red headed stepchild. Fuckin ridiculous.

BRR is definitely the man to take care of this. He always prioritizes his to-do list, but trust me when I tell you, once he gets to your email he will make sure you are satisfied 100%...and definitely mention the slow response time...EF needs to work on this.

Best to give him a jingle on the phone, he'll sort you out on the spot, I deleted his phone number on accident though so I don't have it handy. It was him leaving a voicemail to me, something about being the super mod of the board

you have to understand that he has a shitload of support tickets, it took a week to get to mine but he did with a personal phone call and a followup PM. I just don't have the time to be 'Supermod'
 
i just sent a PM, the "support ticket" page doesn't have any labels or anything whatsoever, unless it's fixed now or something.

All I want now is to capitalize the first 3 letters of my username....THAT'S IT!

The platinum board stuff was just a product of this quote under the Platinum Boards section on the forum index: "Get your own board - become a Platinum Member now!"

I guess that's not really the case, or at least it's not that simple. Oh well.

You can get your own free webpage through EF. You can also get three platinum members together who agree to maintain a platinum forum (those usually suck ass with no people going to them so it's not a great idea) but in addition, you will have your own platinum forum where you can blog. Which is just like your own forum that you control your content like a journal or daily thoughts or rants.
The get your own board I think is a reference to setting up a board through the free web service they offer rather than ten thousand different "ME" forums in the discussion forum listing.
Semantical difference, just playing devil's advocate on this one

The one you have below is not the right link. Just click "Help" at the very top of the page or "Contact Us" at the very bottom.

You can also contact us at any time at 888-613-8959

You can change your name at any time. Click the "Your Account" link at the top of the page, login and select the option "Change Username..."

If you are just changing capitalization, try changing it to a new and different name first, like koartist2, then change it one more time back to koartist with caps where you want them.
