ECA stack...I admit I know nothing

I am confused on the laws. Ephedrine was once legal, then the meth heads screwed that up for us and it was illegal, but I heard that it may be legal again in the US? Can someone clarify this for me? Thanks!

In the US you can get it OTC via products for asthma. There are a few of these products that contain ephedrine. You have to go to the drugstore, go back to the pharmacy and ask (they are usually on display behind the counter).

They ask for your drivers license (have to be 18) and they record that you purchased the product. Only 1 package can be sold to a customer at a time.
 
Ok. Here is everything i know on clen and ephedrine. Clen hits beta 2 receptors more specifically than Ephedrine does. Look at EPH bein a sledge hammer (its hitting beta 2 and 3 receptors which are fat and muscle) and clen being a tack hammer (more specific to Beta 2). Now with that being said. Your organs are also surrounded by fat, and cycling off clen is a good idea for two reasons: to allow your beta 2 receptors to upreg and allow the "good fats" surrounding your organs to re-deposit or to ensure your not "burning" too much of said fat as this can be bad for you lol. Not to mention it gives your heart a break!

The caffine is a delivery system (so to speak) for the EPH and the asprin is to help that delivery by thinning the blood(everything you put in your mouth and swallow ends up in the blood stream). As for the benadryl I havent read into it that much but i can say it does work(at least for me). I've been on ECA for about 3-4 weeks with Benadryl before bed and the sides (even at 32 mg, 3X day) are still there.

As far as i know there are two different "types" of ephedrine out. One is HCL the other is HYDROCLHORIDE. Basically those two things are salts (or whatever) that make the EPH easier to absorb in the stomach. There is NO real difference between the two. HCL is like 21 mg EPH by weight vs 19.5 mg with the hydrochloride version. Again, no real difference!

Ephedra NOT ephedrine is illigal. You may purchase a certain quanity of ephedrine within a certain time frame. If a mod chimes in and says its ok i will post every link i have to websites and where i found it to be the cheapest. Again, WITH A MODS APPROVAL! If i were someone that has never ran either i would honestly go with Omegas plan!

Now why fat burners are cycled 2 weeks and steroids are not. Comparing these two things is apples and oranges.

It has been a while since ive researched any of this so its all from memory. Also I AM NOT a lawyer, so check then double check the laws on EPH before you purchase it!
 
I recently used an ECA stack for about 8 weeks straight. 4 daily doses for about 5 weeks, then week 5-8 was 5 doses (125mg Ephedrine). I saw great fatburning every week I was on it and the energy was insane. Sides weren't really too bad, but with the mix of EQ, I got worried about my heart and stopped. I'm taking a break now and will probably just try clen or a liposhred stack next to try something else, but ECA works nicely with very little sides. Best part is, you go to your local pharmacy and buy it. It's called Bronkaid. Buy the caffeine pills and aspirin at the same place too. Some supp stores sell it as Vasopro. I can never tell the difference between Bronkaid and Vasopro.

I like the stuff a lot and use it pre-workout too for the extra energy. You sweat like crazy and just have insane energy all day long.

Only thing though, just so you and others know...HCL IS Hydrochloride. Its the same thing.
 
Epherdrine is legal...in Canada...if I'm not mistaken....I know there was a lot of controvery about it inthe US lately, haven't really followed it very closely...used to take it, gave sick energy and could get a lot of cardio and mma done on it....but then it started getting bad for my blood pressure (genetically i have high BP) so i stopped it...
 
i dont get why people use this....not saying that worthless...ive never tried it beacause ive never understand it.
but ive heard that loosing more than 0,7 kg/week would be muscle.

u can loose that much whit a good diet and training, so what do these efedrine, clen and other stacks contribute too that would do the fatloss better?

does it help the body so it never reach plateus in the fatloss or...?

Not so... I am about 8 weeks in the a cut cylce. Going back and forth between lipostack and ecay... I am down total of 6%bf and up 5lbs.
 
What AAS are you using and how much cardio are you doing? Those are BADASS results you got

Yeah, I'm quite impressed with myself at this point. My fat loss started off pretty slow and I was pretty freaked out. But the fat started to come off faster and faster, and I was staying at the same overall weight. Bodyfat kept dropping and I started to gain weight. Got the omega pamphlet and have gone into overdrive as of lately.

Cycle started as Test Prop/Anavar 6 weeks. Then I cut the anavar, kept the prop and added beastdrol and tren tfo.

Supps are as follows:

ECAY or Lipoflame/Lipostim/Yohimbine
Dermatherm
R-ala
Sesapure
Amp02
Raw MCC
Glutamine.

Prior to this cycle, my last was in 2003 or 2004. When I stopped around that time my LBM was 185lbs. My LBM as of right now is 173lbs. I definitely attribute a great deal of my results to muscle memory, it has to be a large factor. I quit working out in 2005 and started lifting hard again at the end of 2008. Decided to re-plunge into AAS, and it has been good for me so far.
 
ah, i forgot about cardio.

Cardio varies for me depending on day.

Upper body workout days: 18 minutes of HIT preworkout, 12 minutes at 2.5mph 15* incline post workout

Leg Days: sometimes no cardio, sometimes 12 mintes at 2.5mph 15* incline postworkout

Off days: empty stomach am cardio 1 hour @ 2.5mph 15*-30* incline. I start at 15* increase incline every 5 minutes until i get to 30* for 5 minutes. Then back down to 15* then alternate up and down between 2.5-3.5mph in 2 minute intervals.

Some upper body days I will do 15-20 minutes 2.5mph 15* incline in the morning, only if I am working out at night. And I'll still do the 12 minutes of HIT preworkout.
