You don't have to have cattle floating around and you don't have to prove you purchased it for cattle. The DA has to prove that you did not. Innocent until proven guilty, thats the law. Keep your house as clean as possible and let them take you to court. A DA wants to win cases and get big convictions. They are not going to spend all that time and $ on a small case they probably will lose.

since you seem to be such an expert on the subject, ie "look this up, read the law". why don't you post all of your knowledge about the subject so us unintelligent people can learn from you!

I still disagree. They have to prove you were going to convert it for human use. That is not easy to do unless you have already converted it. Keep your kit out of the house until your ready to use it. Your right about the law being plain. They have to prove you were going to use it for humans. Hell buy a injection gun and cut out some adds for cattle sales. say you are wanting to buy a calf and pay to graze it somewhere until it was big enough to butcher. It's not likely that a jury is going to convict someone with that storey. It might be unlikly but it is possible. Again all you need is reasonable doubt. The Da needs to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. The LAW

COULD THIS BE TRUE???

I know it sounds fishy, but something similar happened to me. I ordered from V**A******.com and 2 weeks later, I also was awakened. My g/f answered the door and the next thing you know I had a UPS employee standing next to me. Not a USPS inspector, a UPS employee. He demanded that I turn over the fina cartridges which were still unopened. When I asked why he wanted them, he said "Because I gave you 80 bucks to order them for me last week dumbass". I said "oh yeah, i forgot".
