I've been able to lift same weights with and without a belt, and that means max lifts (with and without kneewraps and lifting suit).

belt doesn't give lifter the string efect like knee wraps and lifting suit.

All gear is like anything else you may get 10 lbs outof a belt someone else may get 30-50

same thing with a shirt some may only get less than 75lbs out of a double ply shirt yet others may get 150-200+

If thats what you really think, you need to start moving some heavy weight. I get tremendous carry over from my belt, and when the bench weight is 600+ lbs, wrist wraps can make the difference between a clean lock out and rolling the weight back out of your hands at the top.

Of course, Im talking about REAL wraps, not sporting goods store types. I mean Inzer or Metal or something where you get a good 5 or 6 times around...
