Dr.-prescribed Testosterone

If, in a recent blood test, Total T is 568 ng/dl and Free T is 14.1 pg/ml is it possible to manipulate the next blood test to get T to measure below normal (in order for the Dr. to prescribe T)? I heard deprivation of sleep, food, and sex for 3-4 days before the blood test will lower T. Can this approach work with the natural levels I mentioned earlier or are those numbers too high for this to work? Any other ideas? Also, for the numbers given, Free T as a % of Total T is only 0.25%. That seems low. Shouldn't it be around 2%? What do you think that means?

I have heard gossypol works wonders for lowering T. It's used a lot in Japan by men and women to prevent pregnancy. God knows how crowded it is over there, though.

those numbers are pretty good. with a little natural enhancement u could probably get you natural free T up a couple more numbers.

Take 20 mgs of dianabol for one week and stop 3 days before the test. Then don't sleep before you give blood. You'll be low.

What kind of natural enhancement?

my preference for natural stimulus of total T and free T is some type of anti-estrogen and there are a number of OTC natural alternatives that appear to have merit.

the problem with products that only bind SHBG is that this increase of free T may lead to increased estrogen as well. so the body's feedback loops are pretty tight. you need something to limit and reduce the estrogen. then you are good to go and you should see significant measurable improvements in blood values. if you are taking an anti-aromatase then taking something to further reduce SHBG may improve values that much more.

I'm looking into "Unleashed" for T elevation. Any specific recommendations for anti-estrogens/aromatase products?

Also, any thoughts about the food/sleep/sex deprivation for 3-4 days before a blood test to lower T levels for the blood test? Are my natural levels of T mentioned above too high for this type of "natural" T manipulation to work?

Well did you get your estrogen measured with your T? Gaspari's product has the best research data from what I have seen but others are probably good as well you could try either PP sustain or AR's newest product.

I think u may find it challenging to get your T levels low enuf to get an Rx. Its impossible to say what your levels will do in response to lowering strategies, as NM suggested taking exogenous steroid is the best method although this can throw off your reading (high) as well. Sleep deprivation and hard drinking have been also suggested as methods to temporaly lower T levels.

Ok, no one has bothered asking....how old are you and why do you want your doctor to prescribe you test with numbers like that? Those are healthy values for most guys in their 20's-30's. If you're looking to "cycle legally", you're only gonna get enough for HRT purposes, so why bother shutting yourself down for that if you're "healthy"?
