another injury another setback... its always my shoulder and always kicks in when i start gaining weight at a good pace... i got up to 237 this time and boom, i couldnt use my fucking shoulder to beat off let alone lift...
i cut the weights big time and am cross training (that means i am being a pussy and playing tennis and doing cardio)..
same fucking thing happened in december.. i started a small cycle, got to 249 and couldnt move my shoulder AND my fucking knee wasnt lettin me walk let alone hit legs real...
i am now pissy and light... i will now try and lose till i am 220 and HOPEFULLY be able to hit a BIG cycle in the fall... i have a goal of 250 by xmas...
