Yates was at my gym last night (Bev's in Syosset, NY). He was training with one of the owners. The guy looked good... I've heard alot of crap about him withering away. He had on a sweatshirt, but he looked good. Word was he was around 265pds.

this is my first year at bevs this time of year. Apparently, alot of the guys will train there (and talk to Steve, he is a judge on alot of east coast comps), and then head to Vegas.
