My biggest gripe is people not re-racking their weights. It drives me crazy. Or those idiots that put the 45lb plates on the hook below the 35lb plates. To get the 35 off, you need to take all the 45 off first cause they are blocking the way.
Another thing that pisses me off are those people with REALLY greasy heads that don't wipe down the bench after they are finished using it. I don't like having to use my workout towel to wipe up their crap.
When I train, I superset back and forth between two different exercises with fairly short rest periods. To prevent people from taking stuff or grabbing stations that I'm using, I put my towel, water bottle, etc on it. What drives me mental is when people move my stuff, start using the station, then give me attitude when I ask them to get off their ass so I can work in.
I can't stand when people take up multiple stations when they're only using one. So I would probably move your stuff unless you're actually on the thing or your rest periods are really short. I don't have the patience. Of course, I wouldn't sit on the machine or anything after I did my set. It's called sharing. But I'm not gonna stand around like an idiot while someone runs around to 7 different machines 'cause I might mess up their circuit training.
what i hate is when i'm squatting in the squat rack, and i get asked how many sets i have left so these kids can do their curls there, then they get mad at me for taking so long cause i did 4 sets of squats then 3 sets of lunges.

i am only 17 now, but i cant stand the other kids around my age that come in and are totally out of shape, small, and walk around with the imaginary lat spread, grins on their face, and try to tell you how to perform your exercises or what ones you should do.
