DON LEMMON DIET - does anyone know what this is all about???

hi,
has anybody heard of and tried the don lemmon diet? it's been on the net for a while, and supposedly a lot of celebrities are doing it to stay and become muscular and lean. is this some kind of food combining?
 
i have been doing a TKD for almost four weeks, friday is my last day, and i love the results. i kept my strengh, so i know i did not loose any muscle, they only look flat now due to glycogen depletion. i was wondering on the best way to keep lean as i am while getting more muscular? what are your experiences on how to do that?
 
to keep muscle and lose fat, do the metabolic diet-mon thru fri 30g or less carbs, and sat/sun carb up-if you get too fat, cut the carb up to 1 day
 
i don't need to loose any more fat, i just wanna stay as lean as i am now thanx to the TKD i did (still do 'til friday), and keep gaining more muscle?
