Here is quick update for my latest workout which was a Back workout Food has stayed almost Idetical Just switching out proteins between red meat pork chicken and fish. Carbs either pasta Rice oats

Back Workout

Lifefitness Row 120lbs at 25 reps
160lbs at 20 reps
200lbs at 18 reps
240lbs at 15 reps
280lbs at 10 reps

Lat Pull down 135lbs at 25reps
175lbs at 18 reps
190lbs at 15 reps
190 at 12 reps

Front pull downs 50lbs at 25 reps
70lbs at 18 reps
70lbs at 15 reps drop to 50lbs at 12 reps
70lbs at 14 reps drop to 50lbs at 10 reps

Pump is sick.


Could use a litlle insight on thoughts. Took 12.5mg aromasin week ago. NPP at 450mg weekly.. all the sudden Libido has dropped. Still can do my thing but nothing like it was 2 weeks ago. Think NPP dose is too high? Cant be that lil dose aromasin I wouldnt think? Thinkin bout droppin NPP back to 300mg and see....
 
Update For Friday 2-23-24 Diet is stayin real similiar each day creature of habit.

7am Muscle Milk

830am oats, honey, milk, eggs, cheese, potatoes, onions, peppers bacon

11am pork and rice

1pm MRE shake these are 900 plus Kcals each

3pm chicken and rice

5pm MRE shake

730pm Muscle Milk

830pm Chicken and rice

Also been drinkin a Good bit of 1% Chocolate milk Which I get sugar I dont need but Big Kcals. I will drink around 4-6 gallons a week believe it or not. SO each gallon is 2200plus kcals switched from Whole Chocolate Milk which was 3600kcals a gallon. That was getting me fat so we went to 1%.

70lbs at 20 reps
80lbs at 20 reps
90lbs at 15 reps
90 lbs atr 12 reps

Rope Curls 50lbs at 22 reps
60lbs at 20 reps
70lbs at 15 reps
70 lbs at 12 reps


Tri Kick back on cable 20lbs at 15 reps
20lbs at 15 reps
25 lbs at 12 reps
25 lbs at 10 reps

D bell Curls 70lbs at 20 reps
80lbs at 18 reps
90lbs at 15 reps
90lbs at 12 reps


Pumps are so sick they are getting painful. I am cutting NPP back from 450mg to 300mg weekly. Not using anymore aromasin unless I get symptoms. I will start using anadrol in next 2-3 weeks. Got me lil worried because pumps already stupid then you gonna have Drol and Tren hitting. We see what happens. Gonna try and get updated pics in next 5 days or so. Appreciate the support boys.
