Doing an injection NOW!! PROBLEMS!!

Hey guys I am doing my first shot of fina today and can't seem to pull out anything. I've shaken the bottle forever and left a little space in the needle but it just pulls off and then retracts when I let go. I pulled off some suspension yesterday so I don't know what the problem is.

HELP!!

It the premade finabolan by NEGMA. I'm using a 22 gauge needle and if the suspension can go through it then this can. Any other?

Push air into the vial before you try to draw out fluid. If you're drawing 2ml of fluid, put 2 1/2ml of air in before you draw.

I tried that and it gives me barely a quarter of a cc and then the same old problem. CHRIST!!!
