not true. i lifted a lot in the summer, i grew about an inch, i am now a towering 5'8.5" its alright, i weigh more than a lot of guys anyway, its all about the weight, not the height

but serisouoly, i probabl won't get any taller, no one in my family is tall, er, in some cases average height

I have always heard that banging roids before reaching your limit in height will stunt your growth as far as how tall you are..
