how fast doe sit take winny(tabs 10mg) to kick in a notice a difference?

Sure it starts working immediately but it will be a couple of weeks before you see a noticeable difference.

up the dose to 25 or 30mg a day ,
u will feel stronger "cardio wise"in the end of week 1
at week 3 u will feel the big diff in look and strength
