does my diet make sense

6'1,220lbs,21 yo
Curently ,for about 1 week,I have been sticking to a fairly simple diet.
it is as folows:
morning:
30 min brisk walk on tradmill
10 min warm up on eliptical mach.
20 min later I eat:
1 whole wheat bagel and iso pure protein shake.

2 hours later:
Throw down one more shake.

Lunch:
Grilled chicken salad.
or any lean meat w veg.Nothing with carbs,wet carbs only.
2 hours later:
one mo shake

Diner :
same format as lunch,0 processed carbs,lots of lean meat and vegs.

my goal is to preserve muscle,while cutting down and increasing vascularity,and maybe someday showing off my ABs:eek: wich are underneath my slight jiggle nice.
PLease tell me what you think
tweak as neccesary.

B4 lunch i do about 1 hour of fairly intense lifting.
i focous on either chest back legs or bis and do 3-4 exercises with 3 sets on each exercise.:eek:
 
I think as long as you are eating alot of veggies for your salads you should be fine. I'm talken ALOT. I have tried not eating processed carbs, and it helps alot, and I am going to go for 2 weeks only eating veggies as my carbs. But, I am going to eat tons of them.

A couple of reasons: to get enough caleries, and to have enough energy, and to prevent muscle loss.

Just my thoughts on that :D
 
I would get rid of the bagel and replace it with one cup of oatmeal. (Precooked measure) and throw in either some EFA oil in with your shakes or put some natural peanut butter in them.
