Curently ,for about 1 week,I have been sticking to a fairly simple diet.
it is as folows:
morning:
30 min brisk walk on tradmill
10 min warm up on eliptical mach.
20 min later I eat:
1 whole wheat bagel and iso pure protein shake.
2 hours later:
Throw down one more shake.
Lunch:
Grilled chicken salad.
or any lean meat w veg.Nothing with carbs,wet carbs only.
2 hours later:
one mo shake
Diner :
same format as lunch,0 processed carbs,lots of lean meat and vegs.
my goal is to preserve muscle,while cutting down and increasing vascularity,and maybe someday showing off my ABs wich are underneath my slight jiggle nice.
