Hey, I've been lurking this board for quite some time and have decided to do the CKD diet. I'm 6'5, 225, and trying to drop a few pounds of fat without losing muscle before I bulk up. I'm on day 3 of the diet and was just wondering, does drinking say Dr. Pepper twice a day, would that kick you out of ketosis? I know there's no carbs, but could the artificial sweetner boost your sugar levels enough to keep you out? Thanks for the help.
