Does Creatine Really Works?

I think it works
I suddenly started to lift a weight that I was struggling with (after loading) it felt easy...then I checked the weight. I then realized I was on creatine...I probably forgot I was on it prior to lifting or going into the gym. Hmm hard to explain but I just remembered the fact that was on creatine after the fact the lift went unusually well.
Makes ya smart apparently ;), may save your life if you get in craniocerebral trauma lol
