I'm assuming it's still wet as it's still "dark" in color as opposed to other spots where it's turned light grey/white.....

basic crete? 48 hours... now, depending on where and what, as long as two weeks. more specs please.

(not that it matters, i just like your attention. :D)

It's mortar mix, applied to the walls in my basement, where the mortar has deteriorated from between the bricks & stones..... I applied it on Sunday or Monday, it's now Wednesday..... so it's been curing for a few days....

takes 28 days to fully reach its maximum compression strength. i say if its hard.. paint it!

Well, since it's not there to compress anything.....just to stop the wall from continuing to crumble, I guess it's ok to paint??

p.s. i was just givin u a little concrete knowledge incase u run into anything like that in the future.. coming from a construction manager in training, lol

Thanks!!

So....since I'm not using it to shore up anything or anything that requires support, etc & it's basically for "cosmetic" purposes I'm ok??

Man, now I have to work!!

Back away from the masonry. Quickly, but don't run or you may hurt yourself, go find a man to do the work. Proceed to the kitchen to make Rice Krispie treats and Tang.
