citrus - you jumped the shark back when whatever drama went down with the sexual assault charge. i don't know the details, nor do i want to, but you haven't been the same since, homie. you used to be a laid back mofo, and now you are 10 times quicker to attack people plus you now have this humongous chip on your shoulder when it comes to chicks. you and frack both have that going on. frackalackal is still humorous when he's not acting like an 80 year old man who has been cheated on by 100+ girlfriends. both of you need to hit a bong and fall in love with a honey who rocks your world.
as far as your comment about HI goes...come on. so because of the fact that the guy lifts weights and follows his diet more than a large portion of this board, he's exempt from being called "cocky" and "arrogant" when he comes on the board and talks about how good looking he is and how amazing his physique is? cocky is cocky regardless of whether or not you can back it up. you can't be as old as you are not recognize that. the only reason someone would deny that would be if they themselves carried that much of an ego around. that said, HI cracks me up from time to time and is entertaining.
as far as people not being up to par with your standards of training...how do you know this? how do you know what people are doing in the gym and what they're shoving in their mouths every day? do people start threads saying "Hey guys - I ate one time today(mcdonalds), went to the gym and did a few curls and then went home!" no one does that. if i was to chastise anyone on here for why i think their diet sucks based on their posts, i might point my finger at you. you post up pics of yourself and you're surrounded by ding dongs, potato chips, and beer. sure, it could be written off as your roommates', but do i know that? there's no way you can know whether or not someone is a bb'er by your standards based on what goes on in the chat forum.
yeah, we have some people on here who may not pound 600 grams of protein spread across 9-10 meals per day here. some people here don't do their squats, pullups, or deadlifts. but i'm on this board to laugh, make some other fools laugh in the process, and pick up some things as far as my own personal training goes every now and then. if "mr weekend warrior" cracks me up, i'll take him any day of the week over the pretentious body builder who thinks his shit doesn't stink. he's just not going to be the person i run to for advice in lifting. i know where to go for that.
