does anyone do cardio while bulking on a cycle?

I dont at all, but I am sure many will disagree.
My heart is fine and Im young so I cat get away with it.
Older guys should do 20min 3x week.
 
Heart problems run in my family so I do cardio on or off a cycle bulking or cuting. The only things that change are the time I do it for and what kind of cardio I do

i'm always worried about using up muscle as fuel when bulking on a cycle doing too much cardio. i limit myself to a 20-30min walk 3-4 times a week until cuting time. although i'm using clen on and off now too, just cause the bottle is so damn big, i'll have it forever..lol
 
I think it's depends on your genetics. If your prone to carry more fat than some, 2x weekly should be ok, without losing much mass. I'd keep the intesity lower than usual, and throw in some type of cutting AS.
 
i feel you should do cardio, even if you are bulking or cutting. Not only is it good for the heart, but it boosts your energy, which helps in a bulking cycle to lift heavier.
 
Well i beleive that when you do cardio it actually gets your blood/circulation flowing better and helps with getting the nutrients to your muscles better, even on a bulking cycle.
 
I like cardio all the time!! here is my thoughts!

#1 YOU will NOT lose muscle mass if taking the right amount of proteins, doing the cardio at the right heart rate and right times ie; first thing in the am (after 40 gm of protein) or after my training workout. you might drop some water, and your scale weight may drop a bit...but none of us get caught up in what the scale says ..do we??? he he so keep in positive nitrogen balance, ie; protein and you wont lose muscle. dont confuse water mass w/ muscle!!

#2 youre on a cycle, even if youre afraid to lose mass, do some!!
why? because the increase in blood flow and circulation that comes from it!
key word...blood flow!!! yeah, that stuff that courses thru the veins and transfers toxins/ waste and other debris from the metabolic process right out of your system!! you will get more oxygenated nutrient enriched blood heading to those just worked body parts , that will give you better recoup time, less (lactic acid) soreness... better growth!!

ok...enuf of my babbling, do your damn cardio and grow!!!!
