Sounds like you've got a self esteem or a confidence issue. I'm not trying to bust your balls, but the only reason that you would worry about something like that is because you think she is going to meet someone who is more jacked, better looking, makes more money, etc. There will always be guys who match that description, but you can't worry about that shit every time she goes out. You'll eventually start getting pissed off every time she goes out, which will lead to you trying to hold on to tight so that she doesn't get away. We all know that every time you try to squeeze something, it always slips away.
Anyway, the moral here is that you gotta let her have her space. There's a reason that she is with you, take pride in knowing that.

Now for your "all you can eat buffet" analogy. I go out to clubs and bars all of the time without my girl, who I've never cheated on. Do I like the attention that I get when I go out, ABSOLUTELY. But that doesn't mean that I want to take any of them home with me (unless my girl would be into that )

Now if she only goes out once in while, that's ok. But, if she wants to go out every weekend with her girls and not him, then he's got a problem.

That said many woman go out together just to be with the girls and have fun. Personally, I've out grown the desire to go to clubs so we go our favorite restaurants/bars to have girl time or hang at each others houses and get each other wasted on wine, chips, salsa, cheese, crackers and fruit.
