I agree 200mg of powder; not such great effects IMO... crystal I can't attest to; however, I am under the impression it just acts faster in this for.. if you have any evidence to disprove this.. feel free to 'educate me' I never mind being corrected if I'm wrong.
Andy13 style approach works wonderfully; use winny and or tren and lower considerably and loose more fat with practically 0 muscle.
I never got the feeling to binge really, but at first I got in the stupid mindset that 'oh well I'm on DNP so I can afford to eat a bit more' that wasn't very effective and when I limited calories results were much better.
cardio; I did some, walking and moderate exercycle mostly.. but I even did some high intensity sports on 1g (which may not be the most practicle thing)...
if it's your first time; I'd say start low dose at first just so you know what you're getting into.
