DNP questions that aren't asked often. NEED answers.

While everybody asks about the dosage, the night sweats and how many lb one can loose in a week, there are some pretty good questions that are left unanswered. Questions regarding diet and must haves.

1) What supplements are ABSOLUTLY a must while using DNP.

2) Assuming one have 28 capsules(each 200mg). what would yield better fat loss: 200mg ED (supply runs out in 28 days) or just go for 14 days at 400mg a day ?

3) How many days to wait till jumping from 200 to 400?

4) I've seen just a few threads regarding diet on DNP. I understand the relatively conservative opinion is going like 50% protein/30%carbs/20%fat ? true or false? Also what guidelines regarding daily caloric consumption ? bodyweightx12 straight for 2 weeks?

5) Again, conflicting thoughts on this subject: Do you do cardio on DNP or not ?

6) What minimal dose of anabolics is required to preserve muscle mass ? My friend thinks 20mg of dbol for 2 weeks will help spare his muscles.

7) BTW: The DNP my friend's got is very old. 3 or 4 years on the shelf. still 'safe' ?

1. Broad range of antioxidants and lots of water.
2. Not sure of the effectiveness of one of the other, but your lifestyle may dictate one is better than the other. My first cycle with DNP occurred when I was off of work for 1 week. At home, I was able to control the heat and sweating. I later tried to do a cycle and go to work. I would get flare ups and start sweating and would have to go outside or sit in my car with the air conditioning on. Even though 400mg/day is moderate dose, it may be too much to take if you have to work and be around people.

3. I did 200mg/day in the morning for two days. The third day I also took 200mg in the morning and then that afternoon took 200mg. I would suggest at least two days before bumping up.

4. Looks reasonable .

5. Light intensity cardio worked for me. Everything you do becomes more labored. So a light intensity workout will have your heart rate and breathing levels the same as if you were working out at a higher level. Overtime, your energy levels drop and it is hard to get motivated to lift or do cardio.

6. I believe DNP is muscle sparing. It is like doing low intensity exercise 24 hours a day. Low intensity exercise is not usually catabolic. While it will look like you have lost muscle while on DNP, after a week or so everything is back to normal. I do not felt that I lost muscle or strength after my cycle. But I did lose 4 pounds over the course of 10 days while eating the same if not slightly more than my normal maintaince calories.

I have to agree with everything Buckwheat said. Maybe add some sort of appetite suppressant to the supplement arsenal, to help curb your carb cravings.

#2 is definitely good info. I have had to do the same thing at work while on DNP - leave to cool off somewhere. I have had better results on a stretched out, lower dose cycle of DNP than shorter, higher dose. (200-400mg/day for 3 weeks+ vs. 600mg/day for a week).
#4 looks very reasonable indeed. Adding some carbs works well, and will help you feel better overall. Too many carbs, and the heat may be unbearable.
#5. Try the cardio - if you can handle it, it can hurt.
#6. I 100% agree that DNP is muscle sparing. I've lost very little muscle on DNP, without lifting too much and no AS. You do feel flat while on, though, plus the water you hold may hide some muscle too.
#7. I have used DNP that was 2 years old with no problem. Can't say about 3 years old +. I would try it and adjust the dosage according to how much you can handle. It may have lost some potency, but you have to try it out to be sure. I think it is likely you won't notice a difference at all.
 
That stuff is in the archives. Look Andy13's 2-3 day dnp cycles. 200mg/day won't do a thing.

Bullshit.

ESPECIALLY if his is several years old, in which case chances are good it's from DG and thus crystal. In which case I would not do more than 200mg, period.

This is coming from someone who's done a gram of powder in the past, as well as DG's from 3 years ago.
 
Crystal DNP is to powder what crack cocaine is to a cup of coffee.

Make sure you know the difference when deciding to run DNP.
