sweeden, it sounds like you have done your homework and are not looking for a quick fix which is great. If you use it intelligently it is a very safe and effective compound, there is just less room for error compared to other supps. please pm me if you even have the slightest question as i have used it several times.

Wulfgar had very good points, in addition i think it is best to start off with 200mg's upon waking for your first time. don't forget it is fat soluble so your next run will be stronger then your first.

One VERY important thing to remember is to take 3-5 grams of vitamin c everyday. DNP has been shown to increase the risk of developing cataracts in women without taking appropriate steps. But if everything is done right it is a great compound. Not like thermogenics where you need to worry about adrenal fatigue, beta receptor down regulation, etc, or recovering from t3. Those work great and are safe if used right as well, but everything has its place.
 
I hate to bring up such a controversial topic yet again. I've done a lot of research, read just about every message board topic about it here and other places and I can't seem to make up my mind....

I'm a gal and I just ordered some dnp. I've lost about 50 lbs on my own so far with diet and exercise, but I've hit a plateau for quite some time now and it just ain't workin for me. My weight has always been a big part of my life and I'm at the point where I need to just get it off and maintain it. When I heard about dnp, it was almost like a heaven sent miracle. I feel I've read enough about it to do it as safely as possible. I just want to do one cycle. See how it goes. If it goes well, I'd wait a while, give my body a rest and do just one more and keep the maintainence. I've even taken some time off from work to deal with the side effects properly. Maybe I'm naive about how this works.

I guess I'm looking to see if there were any women out there who have taken it and to maybe provide a little help or insight as to how to use it. I know I'm going to get the million responses about how I shouldn't take it, but right now I'm a bit dead set on it...rather than bash it, advice on how to make it a successful experience would be nice.

I was wondering how long you have plateaued for?

Would you mind having a few experts take a look at your diet and training routine to see if there is any way we can tweek it to have it work for you?

Some people love DNP, some people hate it, but just to give you some of the negatives I have heard about it

1. You will feel like warmed over shite while on it, you won't be able to do much at all.

2. As your body thinks it is starving, then rebound (fat regain +++ more) is highly possible, even with a tight diet and cardio. I have heard this from quite a few women.

We have a women's section, I would love it if you took the opportunity for us to help you with your goals.

Myself and Thandie have both dropped to 10-14% bodyfat naturally, and I know in my case, I have done it without even using any herbal fatburners or caffeine.

And yes, I have been a fattie before too.

I have posted pics to prove it as well.

I can defenitely help you lose weight with a DIET. You can do it. You don't need to take anabolics that may harm your life. It doesn't make sense. This in not the only path for you..

i cant understand how you could want to pollute your uteris and ovaries like that. women need to stay healthy to make healthy babies. taking poison is not a route i would even consider if you want to have children.
