Update

7/7/02 - Day 7

Last Day! Well I'm done with DNP for the time being. I've got some caps left over that I may try at a later time but for now I'm going to enjoy being able to move around without feeling lethargic or sweating like a whore in church.

This last day I felt warm, but I can tell I'm either T3 depleted or damn close because my surface temperature has dropped dramatically. I'm still dehydrated all the time so I'm gonna have to syphon some water through me for the next few days to clean out.

My energy level, when boosted by ECA, is pretty good. I did a little bit of wrestling today along with about 20 minutes of cardio later in the afternoon. I was completely exhausted and sweating like a beast afterwards but I was able to complete it without giving myself a heart attack. I think had I gone up to 600mg/day then I wouldn't have beena able to do ANYTHING. I was already pushing myself and using willpower to get in the workouts that I did. At a higher dose I think I may have been bed-ridden (or not, depends on how bad I soak it with sweat)!

This whole time I didn't have what I would consider 'carb cravings' so much as I was just hungry. My diet was relatively clean and the only fast food I had was like chicken fingers and chicken fillets so it could've been much worse. Still, if I end up doing another cycle in the future I'll invest in some redux or another strong appetite suppessant to kill my hunger.

To anyone contemplating doing a DNP cycle, I advise you to stay focused! It's so easy to forget about things and to just let things slip when you're feeling like shit. Examples would be letting your diet go to hell because you're too tired/lazy to cook, not drinking enough water because you're too tired/lazy to drink, not taking your supplements and vitamins throughout the day because you're too tired/lazy to pack them up. See a trend developing here? At least in my case, I had to force myself to do the smart things further into the cycle because I could feel myself wanting to be careless due to exhaustion. Don't let that be an excuse! Do it now or you'll have either really shitty results or you'll end up with some funky reaction to the DNP.

Since I'm done actually taking the caps, my updates over the next few days will be shorter summaries of how I'm feeling, the progress of the water loss, and afterthoughts about the whole thing and what I would do differently/same if I decide to do another cycle of DNP down the road.

Thanks for the info bro, i appreciate it since im hoping to start a cycle of DNP within the next coupla months.

What cycle are you planning on running next? i was thinking of starting a bulking cycle after the DNP like i mentioned in another thread but im still unsure about this since ive heard very little about it.

Keep us updated on the results anyway bro, i hope it all works out for you.

Did you really sweat that bad off of 400mg/day? I am on day 6 and am now taking 500mg/day and not too warm. I was thinking of upping the dose to 750mg/day for the last two days.
 
Hey guys...

Barnidge, I'm not so sure about muscle loss... I can tell I've gotten a bit smaller but at the moment I can tell if it's all fat or some muscle too. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some muscle loss, however, because I'm certain that my protein intake wasn't as high as it could've (should've) been. I'll be able to give a better synopsis later this week when all the water is gone.

Testo, I plan to continue cutting with my next cycle. I'm gonna run a 2 month cycle:

Weeks 1-8 50mg Winny ED
Weeks 2-8 75mg Fina EOD
Alternating every two weeks between clen and NYC

That should keep the muscle on me, strength up, and shed fat.


Thate, I'm thinking that response to DNP dosages is totally dependent on the individual's body. I sweat like crazy even when I'm NOT on anything. I just heat up really quickly. That, combined with the DNP, had me burning like a furnace. I could've handled a higher dose since I didn't have any sides but I played it safe and still sweated like crazy. Just wondering, but did you get your DNP from the same place that SK* got his?

I'm not sure where sk* got his from, but mine is from DL. I will most likely kick up the dosage to 750mg starting tomorrow for the last two days.

he got his from DL. i have my suppy from DL too. hows it going so far thate? any heat?
 
excellent post man!

one thing I noticed... you said you were drinking distilled water... don't do that... it's not good for you. get drinking water that still has all the good minerals in it.

I kind of found the same thing, but in the opposite. I usually always sweat like a motherfucker anyways, but when on dnp, I may sweat a little more, but I dont hardly realize it since Im a sweating ass motherfucker anyways. u dig? lol

by the way judoman, im on my 2nd day of 400mg/day for 5 days. I let u know my opinions on the old "200mg for 10 vs. 400mg for 5" question we had.

Yeah I am getting some mild heat, just not as much as I expected. My ass is notably sweatier but other than that I just feel a little warmer. I have a high tolerance to most drugs and I don't think DNP is an exception. I am going to kick it up a notch (750mg) for the last two days and see what happens.
