DNP Cycle

How are you doing guys. I am running a DNP Cycle that looks like this:

week 1-2
DNP 400mg

week 3
ECA

Week 4-5
DNP 400-600mg

week 6
ECA

week 7-8
DNP 400-600mg

My question is what kind of diet should I be doing for a cycle like this and I am 21% bf right now, would it be possible to be at 13% by june 1st?

WOW WOW slow down tiger I would recomend you do not go anywere near a 600mg dosage of that shit.Ive done 2 long runs of it and have gone has high as 600mg in 2-3 ocassions and wanted to slice my wrists and could not be seen in any public places because I looked like I was smoking crack or something from all the sweat poring off me from everypore.One particular incident reminds me of being in Barnes in Noble with my wife reading some books and we had to bold ouuta there because I was melting into a puddle and every1 was normal around me it was mebarrassing.400mg will make you very happy,atart at 200mg for the first 4 days and see how it treats you or if you develop any alergies to it then on the 5th day go up to 400mg split in 2 dosages 200mgs in the am and 200mgs in the pm.Dosages should be split every 12 hours.DNP is not a miracle like every claims,it works miracles but you have to bust your ass in the gym doing grueling cardio workouts to the max you can withstand,siping on your gallon of water through the whole workout and this is how you will get best results imo cardio is key when it comes to DNP just stay safe because it definetly can and will kill you if you take too much or dont hydrate properly.
 
No, sorry, but you DO NOT workout while on DNP...thats just asking for a quick death. DNP should be used when you have a week or two to yourself at home.

I will hopefully be starting my 1st DNP cycle soon, so I can't really say too much... but I at least agree with him when he says to start with 200 mg. If you feel you need cardio and you are keeping yourself well hydrated and have a good diet, then start with very light cardio and go from there. This shit is dangerous, don't screw with your life!

LOLOLOL WTF ARE U TALKING ABOUT?Do you know this from on hand experience?I have ran Dnp 3 times and have gone up as doing as much as 2 hours of cardio a day and burning 1800cal a day on the eliptical while siping away at my galon of water so I DO KNOW FROM EXPERIMENTING ON MY OWN BODY YOU WILL NOT DIE IF DONE PROPERLY.Dont go rambling shit you read on a general dnp postr somewere and take it as the bible,because the truth is we know very LITLE about this compound and are finding out more and more everyday.Was it catabolic YES,did I do it anyways YES.Did it KILL me NO.So dont go talking stupid crap like that because 400mg is a very mild dose and if done properly once you know how your body will react to the drug given that you drink 2-3 gallons of water a day and drink water the whole time your doing cardio you will be fine and will get the best fat burning results from it rather than sitting on your ass doing nothing and expecting the drug to magically strip the fat off you like some people claim it can do.I am sure you have never ran a DNP cycle or done cardio with it to be talking the way you are so before you go spweing of at the mouth what you read on some gurus general dnp post try it your self then you can talk smack like the above post. :rolleyes:
 
Actually, I HAVE done it...200mgs a day brought me the heat...you can talk all you want how you ran around with 400mgs in you, but for someone else, that could be some VERY bad advice.

I agree with that sweaty gymrat......start at 200MG and see how that affects you before ramping up.

Remember that this drug can kill you if you aren't hydrated properly, keep that in mind at all times....

Not sweaty anymore lol Thank god yesterday evening was my last dose and feel totally cool even here in the big dirty south.Now its time to put on some weight after all that nasty yellow sweating lol. ;)

Yeah lol especially after I told her that we could read the books in the car with the AC cranking while she froze her ass off lol,and she is the one that is a Barnes and Noble junkie I do all my reading on this board lol.I went with her as a date/favor outing and look how it turned out lol. ;)
 
Iam already on day 4. 1st day i started at 200mg and I did not feel much at all so i went to 400mg the last 3 days. I believe this was stupid because I know 200mg can yield some good results. Anyway I am at 400mg and I am sweating up a storm, I cant do much. Its getting hot here in NY it was 70 today I believe, I was dieing!....Can I do cardio yes (sex ;)) if your gunna die doing cardio you might as well die while having some kind of pleasure hehe...But seriously I was havin my fun and I was drippin like I never dripped before..

I am eating like shit, eating everything i always eat like fast food and everything else. Starting tomorow Im going to totaly cut down, the fact that I ate like this and I am suffering realy bothers me...


PS: I read that if you go to 600mg you should not lift or do cardio

Agreed, i have the best workouts while on dnp, and i do go up tp 600 if ness., the fact is, if you need to take dnp, you need to be doing cardio and weights. Also as goes for any other gear, the shit isnt magic, you have to work to make it work for you!!!
 
Since i have been here we have experienced the death of two members,and countless posts where bros have been taken to the ER.
Some of those would be horror stories to actually experience.
So to all DNP is nothing to mess around with, and should be used onle if you have exhausted your means on ECA, Thermorexin,T-3, Clen...etc.

Probably yes dont you think that if your dizzy and lightheaded something is wrong bro?Come on use your head drink all the water you can handle and constantly carry a jug with you and stay out of extremely hot enviroments if you can avoid them.Its all comon sense just like slin do what your suposed to and nothing is gona happen but if you slip hard enough you CAN and WILL die.So if your not serious enough about what your doing maybe you shouldnt mess around with this shit its not a forgivin substance for stupid mistakes.

probably, drink some juice or something with some sugars in it too, you may need it jsut to function. a guy i knew used to get dizzy, he'd drink some OJ and it would allow him to function a bit during the day.

Dam I though I had seen all the stupidity I could see in one person til I read this post. Hey you can take arsinic at 700mg/day and you fat will melt right off and you have to do nothing but veg on the couch.
 
ok just remember dnp has a 36 hour half life, so if you are doing high dosages and dont keep that in mind, your gonna build up a shit load of dnp in your system... if you go to 600 split into 3 doses exactly 12 hours apart. workouts can be performed, but for the first say 4 days, you probley wont want to.... just keep in mind hydration, and do low intensity workouts. buy some potassium gluconate.
 
Just out of curiousity - with so many fat hogs in this country, what would happen to the typical obese 40 year old sedentary woman if she took DNP? Instant death?

I mean, the bogus "fat loss industry" makes billions off these idiots with garbage products - you woud think if this stuff got into the hands of the typical lard ass, knowing it wouldl work even though it might kill them, there would be deaths left and right...

Candy might be ill prepared but you are a moron..You can work out on DNP with no problems on low dosages (200mg) and you are mildly weaker on mid dosages (400mg).
 
Every time I come back to the boards here, somebody's trying to get themselves killed on DNP. Christ.

Let me break some things down in easy to understand points.

The Good:
A) DNP is extremely effective for weightloss.

B) You can work out while running DNP.
Intelligent cardio work can improve fat burning and moderate lifting can help stave off muscle catabolism.

C) You could eat twinkies all day and still end up losing weight.

The Bad:
A) DNP can fucking kill you!
People from this very forum have died and the guy who sold the dumbass the DNP got jailtime for it. I am not bullshitting you.

B) DNP's "minor" side effects can become extreme.
Insomnia, unbelievable sweating, unquenchable thirst, sweat that stains things yellow, extreme lethargy, inability to have sex without disgusting your partner with your sweaty ass, and more.

C) You won't get any big gains from lifting while on DNP.
It's a simple calorie deficit. I don't personally know anyone who has runs DNP with AAS simultaneously, so there's a lack of information on retention/catabolism, but this can be considered a good opportunity to do some PCT.

It's the same as with AAS, guys. The greater the dose, the greater the side effects. You could weigh four hundred pounds if you ate four pounds of Anadrol a day, but you'd also fucking die. This is no different.
