Dislocated shoulder

I was doing some weight training and the bar got jerked over my head when I did a press and something felt weird. I finished my workout and then the next day I went to the doctor. They did X-rays and they said I dislocated my shoulder. I don't know how long I'll be out but I don't want to waste my membership. Any suggestions

dont go train take time off and train lower body
for now use ostarine and n2joint rx

Take time off, do some stretching and work only lower body parts

Take proper rest and do physio exercise....

Train legs while you heal up. Do not rush back too fast or you will just end up right back where you are now.

You need to rest and recover. You should be good to still train legs
